Arzachel é uma banda inglesa formada em 1968, enquanto a maioria de seus membros ainda tava no colégio. Após o lançamento de seu único disco o guitarrista Steve Hillage deixa o Arzachel e assim os membros restantes trocam o nome da banda para Egg, que se tornaria futuramente uma referencia na cena de Canterbury.
